Maybe first install more recent version 2.21.

Yes, that's what I indicated already (without resorting to bold letters). And further (to prevent an answer like "well I was just starting an avi" or a similar reply, like we've had before) I added that (s)he needs to provide information in order to enable us to possibly help him/her.
