best bsplayer version
 

after trying almost all versions i found this is the best:
1.36 build 825

on xp - set internal render rgb mode.
on vista - leave default.

also set - allow intermediate filters "on" (filter management)

this version with this settings will load all movies

and aero is not disabled !!!

Just two remarks:
"almost all versions": an exaggeration for sure!
"this is the best": you omitted to mention "for my PC(s) and configuration(s)"

I agree about v1.36. :D

I think best build is v2.22 (but I've not tried it yet)
v2.21 was great (it introduced few bugs probably all fixed with v2.22) and the new features are some of the ones I wanted for BSP ;)
(I hope to try this new release tomorrow :D )

1. not an exaggeration.
2. i fix computers and i install software... so not just for my pc !!!
3. try it and you will see that even the display quality is better.

I've been using version 1.39 for a while now and i'm happy with that.
