Bsplayer 2.2 Pro on VISTA, DVD audio problem

Bsplayer 2.2 Pro on VISTA audio problem - when i play AVI, i get video and audio - with DVD i get video but NO audio - please why? . With WMP and VLC i get video and audio on DVD and AVI. (When i use XP Pro i very occasionally get a DVD that BSplayer2.2 pro won't play audio). Any thoughts.Thanks.

Install DTSAC3source filter.

that didn't work.

However installing K-Lite codec pack 3.3.0 did the trick. I think it's called cracking a nut with a hammer buit who cares!

I AC3Filter you can select whether to accept DVD audio ("PES") for decoding.
