These problems fixed in BSPlayer 2.23.953?

Using BSPlayer 2.21.950 right now. The below are the problems I am having with this build. I wonder if I could have positive confirmations that way I will be able to upgrade to the latest BSPlayer meaningfully ;)

Problems I am having with BSPlayer 2.21.950:
1. Pink border appears when resizing BSPlayer playback window

2. Asian movie titles do not display correctly (garbled)on the BSPlayer program window (screenshot attached)
BTW does the current build fully support Unicode?

3. Have all know subtitle problems been fixed in the latest build - 2.23.953?
I saw mentioning of subtitle fixes in the release changes. I only use pre-made subtitles and don't mess around with subtitle editing, a lot.

4. Last not not least...
Have reported problems with Haali Matroska Splitter fixed in BSPlayer 2.23.953?
