Could you be so kind to post here some details ? How this picture came up, wich version of BSPlayer do you use, what kind of video file it's involved, wich filers are used to decode....

it's *.M2TS

file from my canon digital camera..

i don't know how the pic came up.. when i first played it it was cool, but then this secodn small pic came up.. probably some settings i could change, but i can't find anywhere

When opening the file, rightclick->options->filters and post here the filters used to play the file. It is possible to have an option called "subpicture enabled" in your MPEG2 decoder.

LE: There was an old bug related to MPEG2 files. If you swich to overlay mixer in video rendering options, does it still do the same ?

"Subpictures" are in fact subtitles, ain't they? They have nothing to do with this rendering problem.
