impossible to buy new version
 

Hello,

one year ago I bought Bs Player, now I want to buy upgrade but it is not possible, becuase WorldPay is absolutely stupid system.

I have same credit card and buy from amazon, via paypal etc. absolutely WITHOUT problem, but when I completed forms in worldpay, system show me just this:

"Declined. Sorry this transaction has been declined by your card issuer. No further information was passed to WorldPay as part of your confidentiality agreement with your card issuer. You may wish to try another card."

I checked informations from credit card threetimes, I called my banker and everything is allright.

Why don't you use some normal billing system? You may use for example paypal...

This is really sucks...

I think they get scammed by someone with other systems, plus PayPal is not available for some countries.
Anyway only BSP team members can give you real reasons and help you if you still want to buy BSplayer Pro ;)

More often it's not the price itself that makes you chose not to purchase the given product. It's the additional expenses, such as the time it takes to set up PayPal only to later discover that debit cards are not supported, or the SWIFT charge for an IBAN transfer (about 100% of the money for small purchases). :evil:

Of course that I still want to buy BsPlayer...

I sent a private message to a BSplayer team member the other day.
Usually they come here at least once a day, but the one I sent it to doesn't log in since 4 days..
I think they are on a short holiday. I think they'll be back in a week or so..

If, for any reason, WorldPay decides to not accept your credit card, we can't do anything about it. Please try to order license renewal with different credit card or contact WorldPay directly at http://www.worldpay.com/support/

PayPal for business customers is not yet available in Slovenia, although Slovenia is a member state of the EU :!:; so we cannot use PayPal for selling BS.Player. When the PayPal implements transfers to Mastercard in Slovenia (currently only Visa Electron is supported, but this card is not available for legal entities), we will enable PayPal as a method of payment.
