I use fddshow and the last version of BSPlayer
how can I read subtitles inside in .divx files ?

Sorry, you can't. This is DivX proprietary format.

DivX player as far as I know, it's the only one.

And if you use DivX v6.x doceder with BSplayer?
Doesn't it show a try icon where you can choose the subtitles from?
