This player drives me crazy

I viewed some videos before with BSP. Now I want to se them again and I only hear the sound, but see no video. I even have no chance to modify the settings of the video in the LeftMouseClickMenue.

Is there somewhere the posibility to delete all information BSP has for a video?

What kind/type of video are we talking about?
