Problems reading files from DVD

hello, a very basic question, it seems to me that bsplayer installed a file splitter along with the main installation, but what do Ihave to do to split files? I can't find the splitter on the menu, I need to do it because big files stop before the end on DVD. thank you very much

The splitter we talk about it's a filter that the player uses to split the file into audio, video and subtitle streams.

To split a file in pieces, you need a video editing program. Depending on the file you want to split, there are different programs to use. I generally use 2 of them, VirtualDubMod and MKV Merge.

The file can't be read at the end of the DVD because the DVD it's poor quality, the dvd drive it's old, the dvd writer used it's poor quality or the DVD has to many scratches on it's surface.
