how to load internal subtitle settings? does anyone know how to make bs player pro autoload subtitle settings from internal video files such as .mkv and .avi? i want to see the fancy subtitles that the anime fansubbers put into the video file and not the boring old white fonts that bs player uses. i used to use The Core Media Player and that easily loaded the subtitle settings from the video file. |
This features are supported since the verry last build (2.41-1001) using the new subtitle engine (can be activated only without a file loaded -> options -> preferences -> subtitles and check the box "use new....." |
i chose that new setting, the" use new subtitle/parser renderer" and i still get those big blocky fonts. although i think the color changed a bit... i also tried going through the various video renderers and they all come out the same. |
