bs player stops playing

Hi
Sory for my bad english..
Problem is when playing first two minutes of movie. bs player freezes. and could not start where it stoped, only from the beginning..
Codecks are installed correct all of them..
Please help!!
Windows 10 home 64bit

Version of player is BS.Player Pro 2.69 Build 1079 Final Multilingual
The free version downloaded from official page works perfect..
