Changes in BS.player 2.11:

* it's now possible to play video files directly from uncompressed rar archives (just open or click-and-drag first .rar file into BS.player to play it)

* updated 'Show movie time' OSD function, now it can show time, date, movie name...

* updated SDK, EV_KEY_PRESS event can now be used in plugins

* improved capturing, capture can now be paused and resumed without stopping

* VobSub subtitles can now be resized

* some Vobsub fixes with HDTV content

* fixed broken 'multiple instances' option

* some other internal changes and bug fixes
