what kind of subtitles are you using, try the software time adjuster which may convert your file to whatever format you want (such as srt or sub which works perfectly with bsplayer), it should work...

I created a chapter file with Chapmaker 1.40 wich works perfectly with my movie, the problem is when I open the movie via a bsi file, I can not use anymore the chapters, I can view...
