Ads are optional applications, which are in some cases are unwanted, that need to be installed in other programs. And work as parasites, offering none or almost none additional features....

This is really great news! I totally gave up on BS Player. But now the ads are optional, I will start using it again :D Though I will install it beside my other media players.

I gave it a 7, the pro version is very nice....

I gave it a 7, the pro version is very nice. Would've gotten a 10 easily. Though the FREE version is nothing worth more than an 1.
