I recomend FFDSHow, divX installers have become bloat and spy-ware. in my usage so far FFDshow is small stable quick reliable etc it doesnt mess with system like codec packs Nemo and spyware.

Id love an alternative to quicktimes plaer because its very jerky, and flickers if there any aplha blending around. Cursor XP with its antialiased cursor is hopeless to use with quicktime.
