I have NVidia based graphics card and have dual monitor feature enabled. Secondary monitor is a TV. I want to be able to launch BSplayer on primary monitor and watch it fullscreen on secondary (TV)....

First of all - great player.
I miss one thing in it though. You are using default windows direct sound device for playback. I'd like to have option to choose which device to use.
