Gibberish instead of Hebrew

When, in the Options tag I try to change the language to Hebrew, I get Gibberish fonts instead of Hebrew fonts. There must be a way to encode this. Please help!

Gibberish instead of Hebrew

I tried, in the OPTIONS tab, to change the BS player to HEBREW.
After that I get the Menu in Giberish, not hebrew! where can I correct this?
