it keeps saying it doesn't know my email address....

it keeps saying it doesn't know my email address. i bought this on July 6th.
need support. thing constantly quits playing audio though video keeps going.

playing mp4 no problems then the audio quits. Video plays and no audio. 3 different devices same thing. Pro version.
