This error comes when i try playing the movie

This is a new error when i am done compressing. The voice is not exactly correct. THe guy is saying something and somebody elses voice comes over it
Virtualdub has detected an improper VBR audio...

how do you update it, and that's not the problem it's when i load it in to virtual dub and try to play it, it gives me that error

Now there is an error saying "Error Decompressing video frame: 0" and the movie works fine on other video players except on Virtual Dub.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how i can save the movie with the subtitles with it. Because when i load the subtitles and try saving it with the movie it doesn't show up
