Some month's ago it did not work with mpg's, now it does. :)

Sorry, just tried it out on some mpg.

Gspots Says: type video/mpeg, all other info N.A.

If you cannot play your avi's using Media Player,
you also cannot play them using BSPlayer.
I think you do not have the codecs which are used by your avi's.
