DivX_c32.ax
into WinNT/system32/ directory - this is the filter.

Fur best, sharpest result use DivX 3.11a :wink:

And if this still does not are fast enought, then disble the postfilters completely - as bonus you have VERY sharp picture - and much faster decoding.

Friend did it once for DivX 3.11 by deleting...
