In windows7 for example is located in users /...

In windows7 for example is located in users / yourname / appdata / roaming / BSPlayer (PRO)
In Windows XP should be in C:\Documents and Settings\[YourName]\Application Data\BSplayer (Pro)

In user's folder you will find several such...

In user's folder you will find several such files. BSPlayer.xml for general settings, EQ.xml with equalizer's ones, bspml.xml for the media library.....and so on
