But at least can you tell what file is ? MP3, WAV, WMA, AMR, OGG, audio CD .... ?

Can you tell us which filters are used to play...

Can you tell us which filters are used to play the files ?

No problems on MP3 files (see attached), but usually the message appears when it's a video file and the video decoder it's not found on...
