converting sub in srt
 

when i tried to convert sub in srt subtitle i get

when i opened a sub file in editor

00.00.02.275 time

it has just 00 more than normal sub


and when i save it as a srt it is displayed in a rapid sequence, totaling confused ...

Seems something is broken in framerate converting. Under W7, chages are made at milisecons only.
