Can't find downloaded srt files Hi! I recently installed win10 and now i can't find srt files after bsplayer downloads them. Not even when I search windows explorer for the file on my drives. But they show on screen and they aren't embedded. It's like they are still somewhere online. Is that so? |
Movie folder / subs folder |
Hey Grgagraf, did you find a way to overcome this? I thought it was win10 problem, but since latest update of BS it started to happen in win 7... it is not just annoying, it really doesnt work, even when I download subs (preferably in other than english language) it still uses those that ARE NOT EMBEDDED, but somehow exist in my video, and I cant find them (or any other subs). |
By default, when installing or upgrading BSPlayer, it overrides some personal settings. One of those settings is location of downloaded subtitles. It reverts to movie folder/subs. It creates a folder named "Subs" inside the movie folder, and download there the subtitle. This option can be modified in preferences -> subtitles -> online subtitles -> location of downloaded subtitles. I personally switch to "movie folder" |
