 BsPlayer can't play mp4 the problem is it can't open any mp4 file the good quality bluray files while other programs like jetaudio and winamp can open them, whats the problem?  |

Is MP4 in the list of "Associated extensions"? (rightclick > Options > Preferences > File types (under "General")) If not: add it by typing in the box just above the [Add extension]-button etc...

So, what happens if you drag and drop the MP4 file on BSPlayer?
