Is it possible to do? To change framerate 25->23.976 and to change audio samplerate for match with new movie's duration on the fly?

So you would like to change the movie rate? Well, then there's a ton of programs out there to do that.
Go check at www.divx-digest.com. For instance, try this one.

There have been many, many feature requests for things that are rather part
of a movie editing program than of a player. Now I understand that it would be cool
if BSplayer could take care of everything, but PLEASE focus on really important things!

Bst is working on a stable version 1.0. There are still several important
bugs left BSPlayer and IMHO it would be way more important to help
him take care of these instead of asking for more and more features!

Keep in mind that there is not a single 100% stable version of BSPlayer
in existence yet - let's all help Bst to achieve that before anything else!

It is possible to slow down the video and to set a different sample rate (46034 Hz). But this sample rate won't be accurate (it's actually 46033.92 Hz) and will be upsampled in sound card lowering the quality. If you want to resample the audio on-the-fly as well as optionally do some processing to the video, you might want to look into AviSynth.
