If you burn a Video DVD then you must use DVD subtitles (graphic file not text file). DVD2Svcd is a program that can do this (for example). It's free and easy to use. Or you can use WinAvi+vobsub and add permanent subtitle on the video. (it's the fastest way)

Thanks. I've searched for DVD2Svcd and I have a lill' question; isn't this a program to convert video files from one format into another? Or can I convert the .xvid video AND the .srt subtitle file at the same time into a DVD video file (.vob)? |

I wanna be Sure!
Okay, so I got the same type of thing.. So your saying that if I turn My Xvid Video into a Avi. Type, then mux the subtitles (.ssa)with Vodsub and Use Nero to Burn it that it should work? Shouldn't I kind of zip it or somthing for it to work with the subtitles or somthing? Sorry But I really Need Help! I'm only 14 :P Thx for helping me in advance, Really Appreciate it! The Film Is Final Fantasy Advent Children BTW, Good Film! |

DVD2SVCD converts any video file to any other video file. If you select avi 2 dvd it creates the directories for the DVD ready to be burned on a DVD disk. It includes also the subtitles you have selected in the main interface. When done, you can burn the video_ts and audio_ts folders with a burning software selecting DVD video to be burned. If you are satisfied with subtitles directly on video (can't be changed) you can use a faster program that's WinAvi. You must have vobsub installed too. THis way you can have a dvd ready to bee seen in about 1 hour. I'll post here some links for documentation. http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/mpg/dvd2svcd.htm http://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?...or+List+Guides |
