Hello all,

I was wondering if there was a way to remove the opening greeting saying for non commerical use. Maybe that should only open the first time you open the bsplayer.

If you have no need for any OSD-messages, you can switch those off (including the start-up message mentioned by you).
rightclick > Options > Preferences > Video > OSD
Then deselect "Enable OSD"
(At present it is not possible to switch off the opening message only)

  1. OSD-message = a message "on screen" (OSD = On Screen Display);
  2. Why enable it? Some examples (of course first (re)enable it and then) whilst playing a movie: press [i] ... or ... press left or right arrow key ... or press up or down arrow key ... or ... (with a subtitle loaded) try [ctrl] in combination with [arrowkey left/right] or try [shift] in combination with any arrowkey.
