I'm afraid it's your moviefile itself that has the black areas at top and bottom. They will show in any player. (E.g. try WMP.) If you want to get rid of it, you'll have to do some work on the moviefile itself. E.g. using VirtualDub (by cropping with "null-transform"-filter) or another utility suitable to edit your moviefile.
