Default Creating a playlist that has "repeat all + random"

Hi,

Can someone please tell me if Pro version allow me to make a playlist (about 200 video clips) and has the "repeat all + random" options turn on automatically when run?

It seem that I have to manually click to enable random all the time

In the playlist you can indeed "randomize" the actual order of the files.
However BS.Player's repeat and random play functions represent a separate feature.
Playing media with Random/Shuffle option doesn't alter the playlist itself.
It concerns the way or rather the order in which BS.Player is playing the files on the playlist.
If you have chosen "Random" (or "Shuffle" in Media library) for playback BS.player will remember this setting and will also start-up next time with this option chosen. (The option chosen shows on most skins. Base skin: top right)
Your "BTW, does Random = Shuffle+repeat all?" is not clear to me.
E.g.: when selecting "Shuffle" in ML any repeat-option as may be previously chosen is no longer valid. Your skin will then show "random" instead.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

What I am trying to say is. Is there a playback setting that allows me to enable Random and Repeat All at the same time? most players have these 2 functions as separate buttons. But BS seem to only allow me to select one. Unless Random also has Repeat All

You mean that when all your 200 video clips have been played in a random order BS.Player will simply start a new "sequence" of playing those 200 clips in a (possibly different) random order?
I don't know; would have to test (not with 200 but a handfull only).
Then again, you could also test it yourself (also in Free version as I don't think this involves a Pro-feature).

Just tested: BS.Player just continues to ("perpetually") randomly play the files.
It appears it really plays "at random", meaning that it is also possible that the same file is played again only a short time after it was played before.

Thanks alot.
It also seem that although the player "remembers" you had Random on the next time you open it. It doesn't actually plays in random. Maybe this only affects play lists.

Summary:
Make a play list.
Select random on the main player.
Save list.
Exit player.

Open Lists, it will automatically open the player (its random mode is now on by default)
List plays, but it's not playing randomly.
Cycle through the modes again to Random.
Now list plays randomly.
