BS playerPRO can't find subtitles

Hello, can someone tell me why BS player PRO won't find any subtitles on any video even though they exist? I've used regular bs player before and it worked perfectly but now I have this problem for a few months and it's very annoying. I' ve tried to set some things about languages but nothing worked.
Please help if you can, it is becoming very annoying.
