Default NextCD not work correctly
Bsplayer 1.00 RC1 build 803 24 Nov 2003

The NextCD function (SDK or from keyboard) doesn't work correctly with Movie on two cdrom.

The first CD work all right.
When it changes CD the NextCD function go on to the last chapter.
