Use Elecard Mpeg2 decoder (Moonlight-Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder v. 2.0 build 2510 (779,210 bytes, ZIP)):

With it, Bsplayer can player svcd from .bin directly, and can play subtitle too. :)
