Default BSPlayer v1.02.812 crashed on close

I have installed free BSplayer v1.02.812 downloaded from www.bsplayer.org on two PCs: Intel P4 with Windows XP SP1 and AMD Athlon XP with Windows XP SP2. Error occurs when I try close bsplayer after viewing any video file. This error occurs on regular basis on both PCs.

BSPlayer reports following error:

BSplayer v1.02.812, Unhandled exception at EIP: 00000000
If you click 'Close' application will be terminated.

Windows XP reports following error signature:

AppName: bsplayer.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.811 Mod Name: bsplayer.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.811 Offset: 00142729

Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000000542729

BTW, some strange thing: bsplayer reports version 1.0.0.812, but windows reports 1.0.0.811. What it means?
