hi! i'm new in this and not english so i hope you can understand me

i used to play dvd with bsplayer and take some still pictures from it

bsplayer was the best: clear bright pictures and everything was perfect

until some months ago that it started saying: unfiled format and then another main windows opens to play the film but option "p" for taking captures is unavailable

does anybody know why this happens? has it got solution?

please, i need your help 'cos i really want things to be like they were before!!!
