Default Can't start BSPlayer !!

I've got BSPlayer 0.86.493 and each time I try to start this program an error message appears .It says "Can't access temporary directory".
Please help me because I can't read my movies anymore now. Indeed, Windows Media Player, Winamp 3, Quicktime aren't progams that run .
Excuse me for my expression but I'm french !
