Thank you BSPeter. I think I finally solved my problem.
My font was Arial Bold 22 Cyrillic, I switched to Batang Bold 22 Cyrillic and now it is ok. At least the problematic part of the movie is ok now.
I wonder why Arial Cyrillic is bugged.
