As far as I can see, the problems you have are generated by BluRay and HD DVD cracked files. At this moment, BSPlayer doesn't support this formats, but from the tests I've made, the best combination of filters/decoders are InterVideo's ones. I've managed to play some .EVO files with BSplayer, but just using InterVideo's filters. Couldn't managed to use other filters.
Considering the names of the files you mentioned, all of them are greater than 20 GB (at least). I can't use a download so large for testing purposes only.

no need for a codec pack.
As for the CPU usage. I didn't know you was refering to HD discs but to HD rips. In this case, the problem isn't at the CPU usage but at the speed the hard disks can deliver the data stream for processing.
