Default Russian language
Hi,

Sorry to bother you with my question,

I have 2.14 with build 942, I downloaded the russian language pack off of this site, but still the russian language is wrong.

I only get letters like aeo with symbols like ยดยด^^ and ~~ on them,

can anyone help me please?
