1)It is very simple in mv2player. Just one click you can add second subtitle into video.
2)I mean that by tabs ; (You can see tabs at the left side of screen in SS. You can change position, font size ... etc by mouse. They appears/disappears automatically when you move your mouse on the left/right side of screen.)

Also there are 4 OSD pages like this; Base controls, Color Controls, Equalizer, Recent.
I think that it's very important for remote controlling. You can change what ever you want from your sofa in big menus.
6)New! :) Pauses when the player minimized. And it resumes after maximized. Also there is an option for reset position on stop.
