Usually, the first line in the subtitle it's the framerate (if it's a sub file, if it's a srt file, framerate doesn't matter). So, open the subtitle with notepad or wordpad. As for the movie, just open the file and on BSPlayer's main window you will see something like
Video: 640x272 @ 23,976
Now, 640x272 it's the resolution, 23,976 it's the framerate.
Second way to find out wich framerate it's the subtitle: go to the site where you downloaded it. Should be stated somwhere in sight.
