if you don't care about ini files/want to use directVobsub rather thant bsplayer's subtitles renderer, having the files named as follow should work fine:

mymovie.avi
mymovie.ennorm.srt
mymovie.spnorm.srt
mymovie.enforce.srt
mymovie.spforce.srt
