Can you tell us which filters are used to play the files ?
No problems on MP3 files (see attached), but usually the message appears when it's a video file and the video decoder it's not found on the system or the file is a WMA and BSPplayer does not acces the decoder.
Same on amr files :(
LE: seems that MP3 it's the only audio file on which this info it's colected (ID3 tag ?)
