Why can't I go forward/back in an unfinished (while downloading) WMV file in BSplayer, when GOM Player does this with no problem?
Is there a problem here with some codec or this really doesn't work in BSplayer? How come it does work in the other player??
how to replicate:
try to download some large wmv file with Opera browser (or make yourself a copy from some WMV file by splitting it with hjsplit
File Splitters, freeware and multi-platform: HJSplit ). Then load the file into BSplayer with proper extension (wmv). Skip forward/back doesn't work. Try the same file in in GOM player. File should not be small so you can actually see how it works.
