If this is the BR we talk about, it seems it's VC1 encoding. So, either your WMV decoder isn't working ok, or Haali media splitter fails to identify the stream.
My advice is to install CoreAVC or MPC-HC filter to decode the stream.
You can also try PowerDVD.
