Default BSPlayer 0.86b493 doesn't accept CHAPTER in FRAME FORMAT
Hi,
I found that the last version of bsplayer have a bug.If I write the time format 00:00:00 it's ok otherwise if the format is #frame when loaded with Visual Chapter it crushes
