i agree!
bsplayer should be open source.
it's a wonderful player but i am finding myself using it less and less because it has so many bugs. if it was open source it would get fixed up really fast. maybe BST could even have a section for third party bsplayer releases! there could also be a forum section dedicated to the discussion of the source code.
