Well, it is possible.. there is
Media Player Classic, which uses the craptime .dll files to render the craptime movies.
Support for this in BSPlayer would be really useful, because the craptime player is - well, crap - and BSPlayer simply rocks :)
For old craptime movies, compresed with the cinepak codec, you could try
this (rename to .zip)
