ffdshow won't be loaded even if you set it so in the config
You have to rename bspfilter.sam to bspfilter.dat
And add:

MPEG1={04FE9017-F873-410E-871E-AB91661A4EF7},ffdshow MPEG-4 Video Decoder
For MPEG-1 etc...
